e.e. cummings starts to emerge

OK, this one. Simple message: think about your consequences. Why I chose it, however, is that the wording is confusing and has two instances of a word being repeated–that’s poetry, man! The wiseacre colleague didn’t like it and feared for the fate of people trying to read it while driving. My boss’s kid expressed similar thoughts. Pretty satisfying to me and makes me wonder what the townsfolk thought of this one. Michel Foucault worded it even longer but the word juggling persists: “People know what they do; and sometimes they know why they do it. But what they don’t know is what what they do does.” If I could fit that all on the sign, I wouldn’t have changed a word.
