Be mellow

I just realized that people make take this to be a straight definition but hopefully they take the deeper meaning. It was originally said by Horace, a Roman poet from way back. If a poet with one name said it, it’s pretty much guaranteed to be deep. I wonder if this rhymes in the original form… I apologize to anybody who compulsively centers their text and regretfully inform you that I follow no such compulsions, particularly on a sign where I have to reposition letters one by one. According to Chrome, reposition isn’t a word. Pfff.
